1.4 ta77 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of its platform, products, or services at any time with or without notice, and shall not be liable to you or any third party for any such modification, suspension, or discontinuation.
2.1 Age Requirement. The ta77 platform is strictly available to individuals who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older. This age restriction is mandated by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) and Philippine gaming law. Registration by or for any person under the age of 21 is absolutely prohibited.
2.2 Age Verification. ta77 reserves the right to require age verification at any stage of the registration or withdrawal process. You agree to provide accurate, truthful, and complete identification documents upon request, including but not limited to a Philippine government-issued ID (UMID, Passport, Driver's License, SSS card, or PhilSys national ID). Failure to provide satisfactory proof of age will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals.
2.3 Jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for determining whether online gaming is lawful in the jurisdiction from which you are accessing ta77. Access from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited is strictly forbidden.
2.4 Single Account. You may hold only one registered account on ta77. Duplicate accounts — including accounts created under a different name, email address, mobile number, or device identifier — are prohibited. ta77 reserves the right to close duplicate accounts and forfeit associated balances.
2.5 Personal Use Only. ta77 accounts are for the personal, non-commercial use of the registered account holder only. Allowing third parties to access or use your account, including for the purpose of sharing bonuses or circumventing promotional restrictions, is strictly prohibited.
Age Restriction — 21+ Only: All real-money gambling on ta77 is restricted to players aged 21 years and above. Underage gambling is illegal under Philippine law and a serious harm to young people. ta77 actively enforces age verification and will immediately suspend any account found to be registered by an underage individual.
3.1 Registration Accuracy. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information as necessary to keep it accurate, current, and complete. ta77 reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts where registration information is found to be false, misleading, or incomplete.
3.2 Account Credentials. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. ta77 recommends using a strong, unique password and enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via your registered Philippine mobile number. You agree to notify ta77 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
3.3 Account Liability. You accept full responsibility for all activity conducted under your ta77 account. ta77 shall not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to take reasonable security precautions or where you have voluntarily disclosed your credentials to a third party.
3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC). ta77 operates a comprehensive KYC programme in compliance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. You agree to submit such documentation as ta77 may require to verify your identity, source of funds, and payment method ownership. ta77 may withhold withdrawals pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification.
3.5 Account Dormancy. An account that remains inactive (no login, deposit, or wager) for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be classified as dormant. ta77 reserves the right to impose an administrative fee on dormant accounts or to close them following reasonable prior notice to the registered email address.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. ta77 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, Maya / PayMaya, GrabPay, QR Ph, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). ta77 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time.
4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum single deposit amount is ₱100. ta77 does not charge processing fees on deposits from the foregoing Philippine payment methods; however, fees imposed by your payment provider are your responsibility.
4.3 Withdrawal Requests. Withdrawal requests are subject to verification of identity and source of funds. ta77 aims to process approved withdrawals to GCash and Maya within the same business day of the verified request. Processing times for bank transfers may extend to 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution. ta77 reserves the right to request additional documentation before releasing any withdrawal.
4.4 Same-Method Policy. ta77 reserves the right to return funds to the original deposit source before processing a withdrawal to a different method. This is a standard anti-money laundering control and not a restriction on your access to your winnings.
4.5 Currency. All balances, bets, bonuses, and payouts on ta77 are expressed in Philippine Peso (₱). ta77 does not accept or pay out in foreign currency, cryptocurrency, or any other non-PHP instrument.
4.6 Minimum and Maximum Withdrawals. ta77 may impose minimum and maximum withdrawal limits based on your account tier, verification status, and the selected payment method. Current limits are published within the Cashier section of the platform and may be updated without prior notice.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds are not immediately withdrawable. 5.3 One Bonus Per Promotion. Unless expressly stated otherwise, promotional offers on ta77 are available once per player, per household, per device, per IP address, and per payment method. Multiple accounts created to claim the same promotion constitute fraud and will result in account termination and forfeiture of all associated balances.
5.4 Bonus Expiry. Bonus funds and any associated free spins expire if the applicable wagering requirement is not met within the time period specified in the promotion's terms. Expired bonus funds are removed from the player's account without compensation.

6.3 Technical Malfunctions. 6.4 Sports Betting. Sports betting on ta77 — covering the PBA, NBA, UFC, international football, boxing, and other markets — is subject to separate sports betting rules published within the sportsbook section of the platform. Void bets, early settlement rules, and in-play betting restrictions are governed by those rules.
6.5 Disputed Results. Any dispute regarding a game outcome must be lodged with ta77 customer support within seven (7) days of the disputed event. ta77's decision on game disputes, following investigation, shall be final and binding.
7.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on ta77 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to relevant Philippine authorities:

Confirmed fraud or collusion may result in permanent account closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to Philippine law enforcement authorities.

9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ta77 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming use. No other rights are granted. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, or create derivative works from any ta77 content without prior written consent.
9.3 Game content provided by third-party game providers — including JILI, PG Soft, Pragmatic Play, and others — is licensed to ta77 and remains the intellectual property of the respective providers. These Terms do not grant you any rights in relation to third-party game content.

11.2 ta77's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ta77 account in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
11.3 ta77 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
11.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit ta77's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.
12.1 ta77 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, where ta77 reasonably determines that you have breached these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, provided false information, or where account closure is required by applicable law or regulatory direction.
12.2 Upon termination for cause (including breach of these Terms), ta77 may, at its sole discretion, forfeit any balance in your account, including any pending bonus funds and associated winnings.
12.3 Where your account is closed for reasons unrelated to a breach on your part (for example, if ta77 ceases to operate in a particular jurisdiction), ta77 will return any legitimate cash balance to you via your registered payment method after completion of any applicable verification or regulatory requirements.
12.4 You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting ta77 support. Voluntary closure does not affect any outstanding obligations you owe to ta77 at the time of closure, including any repayment of erroneous credits or fraudulently obtained bonuses.
13.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
13.2 Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be referred to ta77's customer support team for informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the appropriate courts or regulatory bodies having jurisdiction in the Philippines.
13.3 Nothing in this section shall preclude either party from seeking interim or injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where circumstances require it.
14.1 ta77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered players via email to the registered email address or via a notice displayed upon login, with reasonable advance notice where practicable.
14.2 The current version of these Terms will always be accessible on this page, with the "Last Updated" date reflecting the most recent revision. It is your responsibility to review the Terms regularly.
14.3 Your continued use of the ta77 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform immediately and may request account closure.
